At Tree and Land Professionals, we vigilantly evaluate and assess the condition of your trees. Tree structure can be compromised after winter storms with high winds, accumulating ice/snow loads, and the freeze and thawing process. A tree risk assessment is essential to identify newly formed and older structural defects. These assessments are the best way to be informed of potential branch or entire tree failure.
We offer three levels of Risk Assessment:
Limited visual assessment to determine likelihood of failure, likelihood of impact, and potential consequences.
Basic visual and mechanical assessment using tools to gain additional information about the tree and any defects.
An advanced assessment, if required, is usually conducted after a basic assessment to determine the possible consequences of failure. An advanced assessment enables us to further inspect the health and vitality of your trees and can help us differentiate between a more conservative (tree or branch retention) or total removal approach to your individual needs.
